Very knowledgable regarding listing price point which is key to a good sale. Kendra has lots of contacts allowing her to get the listing information out quickly. Our property was sold before it was listed above asking price so you can not ask for a quicker more efficient sale. I do not live close to our property that was for sale so Kendra was very helpful in setting the place up for Home Inspection. Kendra is also very quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend Kendra for your real-estate needs.
